I printed the sheets on matt card and cut out all the pieces. I attached the topper to an 8x8 black card with DST; I added all the decoupage and a sentiment with foam pads.
I finished with glamour dust to the Santa hat and gems.
Finally I made the gift tag by attaching to a small pearlescent card with DST. A delightful design, easy to make up!
