I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto a white scalloped card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using a mixture of 1 & 2mm foam pads. I finished with silky crush & organza bows topped with a pink heart shaped gem.
Printed this design onto photo paper, then cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto a white 8x8 card, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, to finish my card I added glitter to the trees at the back of the penguins
