Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Scored and folded the main piece to form the card base. Attached other pieces using foam pads. Love the extra piece for the back.

I printed onto matte photo card then scored & folded the base. I attached the front panel using DST the attached the panel to the reverse using glue stick. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with an organza bow.
