printed this card on satin card then cut it out used a white card for this cut a square of blue mirror card and using DST stuck it to the card then stuck on the base put in the insert stuck on the decoupage using mounts stuck pearls around the edge and put a pearl in the center of the flowers, finished off with glitter on flowers and such.
