I printed this file onto matte photographic paper and matted the base image onto holographic card , I fixed this to a white card blank.

I matted the centre panel onto holographic card and fixed with foam strips.

I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, I applied glitter to the icing sugar, the snow and the flower petals , Glossy Accents to the star flowers and holly berries and crystal pearls the the centre of the corner flowers.

This is a lovely water colour image that is quite unusual, the decoupage is easy to cut out and construct.
