an absolute delight in creating this design into a card a big thank you to the designer ... i printed on to 160gsm smooth white card,i then matted the image onto gold mirror card and then matted it on to the base card which is light blue , i added gold ribbon and faux flat backed pearls , i used my glue gun to decoupage to give it more height
I printed on glossy photo paper and cut out all of the elements. I decoupaged the elements using gel glue and mounted on coordinating card stock using foam tape to give added dimension.
Then I mounted on my card, added the sentiment and gems around the oval of the image.
