Magical Christmas

This is a most unusual and unique design, and makes a very impressive large card. I printed the sheets provided, making sure I used the same dimensions for each sheet. My main topper measured 15.5 wide, and 15cm high, so I needed to make the main card slightly larger, and made it as an easel style opening.

I used a light weight white card to print out each sheet. I then backed each element with white card, using double sided tape so that I would add dimensional depth. I cut out the blank section of the top star, and used a silver Glitter pen to ink the edges and all sides of both cut out stars.

I mounted the main topper, using padded double sided tape, onto a green backing sheet 16 x 15.5 cm and wrapped a red Christmas Ribbon around them both and tied a single bow on the right hand side, securing it in place with a glue tape. I then added the first star with padded tape and finally the hollow star with the same tape.

I used the glitter pen to add really tiny, dots over the snow features, the ears on the wolf, the stars and the baubles. I then used padded tape to attach the finished topper to the main cream card. It looked complicated when I first printed out the sheets, but it was not at all, and in fact quite easy, and relatively quick to complete. Each section fits perfectly and so an excellent result will always please the maker and the recipient. Thank you for this unique design.
