Reduced the size of the topper and insert files so two would fit on one sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper, then printed two toppers and one insert. A sheet of sentiments is also included, but I didn't use them for this card.

I covered a 5 1/2" card with blue dotted paper, then attached a topper with dst. Attached the insert with dst as well. Cut the snowman circle from the second topper and attached to the card front with thin foam pads. Die-cut stars and moon borders from the blue paper and white glittered paper. Attached the blue one first with tiny dots of glue, let it dry, then added the white one, offset slightly to create a shadow.

Used a sentiment from cup902771_1056 (beautiful assorted Christmas sentiment sheet), attaching it with silicone gel. Finished with glitter embellishments on the strokework surrounding the snowman circle.
