I printed the card sheets onto lightweight card and the insert onto white laid paper. After cutting out the elements I intended to use, I attached the base image to my card front using DST.

I used glue gel to add my layers then used a glaze pen on the champagne bubbles and various coloured sparkle pens to 'dot' on the streamers.
