Golden Snowflakes 2

A seasonal picture is held behind a transparent glass dome surrounded by a gold frame. This is set on a background of dimensional golden snowflakes.
Asymmetrical floral clusters frame the dome, and a unique glass snowflake drop hangs from the top left cluster.

I reduced the size of the files so I could fit two to a sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper. I attached the insert and topper with dst to a 5 1/2" card, then added the circle decoupage with thin foam pads. Added a border to the card front of narrow washi tape. Added Flower Soft "snow" to the scene with wet glue, let it dry, then brushed off the excess.
I cut out the first layers of the floral motifs and added them with silicone gel. I added a second and third layer, shaping the flowers slightly and leaving the more background flowers off each time, so the final layer has just the focal flowers.
Used Pinflair glue to add the gold hanging stars plus two in the upper right. Finished with Diamond Stickles on the frame of the circle and the centers of the hanging stars, and green Stickles on the flower centers.
