A seasonal picture is held behind a transparent glass dome surrounded by a gold frame. This is set on a background of dimensional golden snowflakes.
Asymmetrical floral clusters frame the dome, and a unique glass snowflake drop hangs from the top left cluster.

I reduced the size of the files so I could fit two to a sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper. I attached the insert and topper with dst to a 5 1/2" card, then added the circle decoupage with silicone gel.
I cut out the first layers of the pansy motif, leaving a thin border of white to make it easier to cut them out, and added them with silicone gel. I added a second layer of just the pansies, the forward white flower and a couple of the most forward leaves.
Used Pinflair glue to add the gold hanging stars--two layers of the large one, a single layer of the other two. Added some tiny white snowflakes to the design inside the circle, a border of narrow washi tape, and finished with Diamond Stickles on the frame of the circle. What an absolutely beautiful design!
