I reduced the size of the files so I could fit two to a sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper. I didn't print the full sheet of floral decoupage, as I felt I had enough without it. I attached the topper with extra-strong dst to a 5 1/2" card which I'd covered with soft glitter paper, then added the insert with regular dst.

Added the first, large layer of decoupage with thin foam pads. Added the hanging jewels and some floral decoupage with silicone gel, also a sentiment from Vicki Sumner's cup728972_43136.

Finished with glitter glue on the flower centers and outlining the orb.
