I printed onto decoupage paper,mount topper onto a square white card blank. I added gold glitter to edges and iridescent glitter to snow on windows. I added decoupage with glue gel and added glossy accents to needle, buttons, elf's eyes and teddies eyes and nose.
I added sentiment with foam pads. I glued insert inside, one small topper on to inside left panel and other one to card back. Very cute.
