Festive Bliss Mini Kit Completed by Marion MacKellar
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Snowman
I printed the cheerful design on matt paper and cut out the topper and decoupage. I used dst to attach topper to my card blank and ds foam pads to layer the decoupage. To finish I added some glitter to the snow and gems to the flowers.
It is a gorgeous design.
