Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, insert and elements. Secured topper and insert with double sided tape on a 8 x 8 scalloped card. Added elements with foam pads.

Then placed little stars on the border, a couple of gemstones on the bows and then used glitter glue to enhance even more.
