A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layers with foam pads

Printed onto 120gsm pro-print paper and mounted onto 8x8 card blanks. Gems and glitter added to give a bit of sparkle. Sentiment and co-ordinating insert added to finish.
