Printed card base onto 200gsm white card and the decoupage onto matte coated paper. I used DST to join card on the left side and silicone for the decoupage.
Printed this design onto photo card and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base and backing onto my card, then cut around so the card is the dame shape as the design, to finish my card I made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads
