Cute Penguin Christmas Topper Mini KitCompleted by Denise Murray / Paperboo Creations

Printed onto matte photo paper at a slightly reduced size and mounted onto a 7x7 card blank. After attaching the insert i used 3d foam to add the decoupage elements, added some little punched snowflakes to the corners and a touch of stickles glitter.....take note of the tip Janet gives on the sheet about leaving a little border when cutting out,it makes such a difference and means you don't lose the fluffiness of the penguin....great tip!
