First I covered a square cream card blank with non-shed blue glitter card, then I printed the sheets onto lightweight 160gsm card at a reduced size.

I cut out the elements and attached the base image to the centre of my prepared card using DST.

I used glue gel to attach the decoupage layers and greeting. Finally I added blue glitter glue to the centres of the blue poinsettias and a blue gem to each of the bows.
