I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card. I assembled the elements with foam pads and added gems, glitter and a white silver threaded bow. Absolutely stunning design.
I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to large scalloped edge square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with turquoise and purple pearls and lilac filigree bow.
A beautiful design.
