Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper to a white card. I scored and folded the insert and envelope elements, and used DST to construct the envelope, and stick the insert inside the card.
Foam pads were used to add the decoupage.
A wonderful design and easy to cut by hand.
