Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper, insert, decoupage and envelope. Placed topper onto a 6 x 6 scalloped card and the insert with double sided tape. Made up envelope also using double sided tape. Added decoupage with foam pads for the 3D effect.
Finished off by putting on gemstones and also used glitter glue for a little sparkle. A beautiful design to craft.
