I made a matching base card with the sentiment then printed all on matte card printing the main picture a second time, I wet glued the first picture to the base card/ I cut away the outer edge from the second picture and used as the first layer of decoupage using foam squares to add the decoupage, used gold glitter on the outer and inner frames scrolls, circles and bow and turquoise glitter on the sentiment.I also made another card but only used one of the center pictures instead of the three.
