I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added glitter. A gorgeous design.

lovely card printed then cut out i used a white card for this cut a square of red glitter card and stuck it to the base then stuck on the base put in the insert as well using 3D foam stuck on the layers and to finish i used some glitter,

This is a really pretty card. I printed onto CuP Glossy card and used foam pads for the decoupage. This is an 8 x 8 inch card.
