I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The main Topper was mat and layered onto alternate layers of White Glitter and Red Mirri Card with d/s tape and attached to a White 8x8 Card Blank.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads. To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Red Pearls and the Matching Insert inside.
