I printed the design on 'Crafty Bob' matte photo paper and attached the base to a red card stock and then onto a white card.

I attached the gift tag to the inside of the card.

I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added one of the bows to the top of the card. I added some small reg gems to finish the card. Beautiful crisp design.
