Christmas Hats Dogs Quad FrameCompleted by Deborah Roberts

Printed the download three times and decoupaged the heads then the hats. Finished off by adding cotton wool pads cut to shape of the fur and a pom-poms made with a snowflake punches layered up.

Finally added glossy accent to the noses and eyes, which isn’t easy to see on the photo, to bring the image to life
