This topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I have added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.
printed this onto satin paper then using a red card stuck the base to a white square then stuck these using DST to the red card stuck the layers on with mounts and added a gold & red bow to the top. lastly put in the insert.
