I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto my card blank using DST. I trimmed the card to shape then added the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I finished with the matching insert.

Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and elements. Secured topper and insert with double sided tape onto a 8 x 8 scalloped card. Used foam pads to attach elements for 3D effect. Then used glitter pens to out lin leaves, and flower.
Added some gemstones around the cartouche. To finish off I added a couple of decorations on too.
