Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Used DST to attach the Topper to a White 8 inch card. Using Foam Pads to add the Decoupage.

I used Red Glitter on parts of the Flowers. Used DST to attach the Insert with the verse inside the card. I scored and Folded the Gift Card. This is a Brilliant Design.
