Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a scalloped card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
made a matching base card with the lacy border, printed on matte card, wet glued the picture to the base card then used foam squares to add the decoupage layers, used dark turquoises glitter on the edge of the picture and lace edge,gold glitter on the flower centers, glitter snow on the snow and pompom and finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes and buttons.
