A stunning kit
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added the topper to the card base with double sided tape and added a satin ribbon bow and a few gems to finish

I printed decoupage sheets, then cut all elements out with craft knife, then stuck all the elements down with sticky pads
This is a beautiful card with lots of decouage. I cut out and used every bit and then went to town with the glitter. It has a lovely insert sheet and a couple of gift tags. The verse is lovely.
