Printed on glossy photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card and added gold peel offs.
This is a beautiful design.
I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal stickles glitter glue and blue organza bow.
