Printed on matte photo paper and attached to scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads. Added my selected sentiment and cute insert, Finished with glitter on white borders and made up matching Gift card, A delightful and super cute card that is very quick to make.
I printed decoupage sheets, then cut all elements out with craft knife, then stuck all the elements down with sticky pads
