I printed this on good quality double sided matte photo paper. I used white coloured topped with dark blue coloured glitter card as the background, adhered with double sided tape. For the base I used double sided tape again and 1mm ahdesive foam squares for the layers.

Finished off with silver trim and stickles glitter.
