I printed the main image and the decoupage page onto good quality photo paper. I then cut out the main image and attached it to a blank card using DST.
I then cut out the decoupage elements and attached to the card with double sided foam pads. I then added self adhesive gems to the card. This is not a complicated card to make, but very effective .
