Printed onto matte photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper, base, insert and decoupage. Placed base on a 5 x 7 scalloped card with dst. Added topper and decoupage with foam pads for 3D effect. Added insert with dst and put a nice little verse on it.
Finished off with a sparkly gold border and some gemstones.
