8x8 Xmas Pip Penguin Love Mini Kit 3D DecoupageCompleted by Jayne Taplin

The image was printed onto satin finish paper and the layers were cut out using the ScanNCut. The topper was glued onto an 8x8 card and the decoupage was added using 3D foam pads. Glitter was added to the berries and the insert was glued inside the card.

Very easy to make but so pretty!
