I printed the sheet on matte photo card and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main topper onto a gold mat. I built up the decoupage with foam pads, and mounted the completed topper onto an 8x8 card blank. I used glitter to embellish the card.
This was a very easy and fun card to make.
