8x8 Christmas Cottage Mini Kit
an 8x8 mini kit for Christmas, which includes topper with decoupage, insert plate and matching gift tag. The topper has a vintage cottage scene framed in a lace frame and trimmed with Christmas flowers, matching tag says merry Christmas, also has tag with From our house to your house and a blank tag for the greeting of your choice, sheet one has the main topper and tags with some decoupage pieces, sheet two has the matching insert, matching gift tag and remainder of decoupage pieces.

I made up a card base using a sheet of white A3 card. I printed main image and decoupage elements onto glossy photo paper and made up decoupage with glue gel.
I added snow white glitter to the image.
I added a sentiment with 3d foam pads. I added poinsettia, leaves with swirls, ivy, holly and snowflake die cuts.
I added Gentle Blends to the poinsettia and leaf die cuts for a more natural effect, beads to the poinsettia centre. I added iridescent gems to the snowflake centres.
Finally I added the insert, which I printed onto super smooth paper, with an all purpose wet glue.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my 8x8 card, I then made up the design, this I did using 3mm sticky pads, this is a wonderful Christmas design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
