Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to blue card stock, then to a white card base with the borders punched out and purple showing through.
Attached other pieces using foam pads.

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used black coloured card topped with purple coloured glitter card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.
Finished off with gold trim and stickles glitter.
