This card is so sweet. I printed it onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the decoupage pieces. I then used mounting tape on the pieces to have the 3D effect.
I liked the nighttime look so I mounted this onto a dark blue card stock that I had splattered with white paint to look like stars.
I already have family members asking for this card! You will not be disappointed.
