Printed onto matt photopaper, cut out main image and attached to a white scalloped card blank, I added the decoupage with glue gel and to finish off I added some gemstones to the snowmans buttons.

This is just the cutest ever! I printed this kit out on to smooth lightweight card. The main topper and insert were attached to an 8 x 8 white card, then the decoupage layers were shaped and added using pinflair glue.
