OccasionI printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape as instructed.
I added the panel and decoupage to the front of the card using thin foam tape. I coloured the nose of the snowman and added some flat back gold glitter gems to his buttons. I like the contrast between the black and white spots and the white card. Not a fan of lots of spots. Less is more for me.
