I printed onto glossy photo card. I remved the slots using my craft knife then folded in half. I fastened the handles & the tag back to back using wet glue. Once dry I placed the handles through the slots then secured with DST.

I added the matching insert to cover the handles. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I punched a hole in the tag then attached using white cord.
