Dogs in Hats - Merry Christmas!Completed by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheets onto heavyweight matt photopaper, added backing paper to dog and cut out, cut out and attached insert, back and front as directed, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal glamour dust to fur on hat and sack.

A beautiful design.
