I printed the design onto good quality matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main topper onto a cream card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a little metal embelishment...this is a beautiful design with lots of elements to use in various ways.
I printed onto glossy photo card then backed both main pieces onto heavy card using DST & wet glue. Once dry I cut everything out & removed the aperture on the front section. I scored across the top of the back piece then attached to the front using strong DST.
I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads then finished with glitter on the bell.
