Printed on 250gm matte photo paper. Scored and lightly valley folded the card back about 3/4" from the top, then glued the card front to it above the score line to make a tent card.

I glued the blank version of the large tag in place as an insert.

Added the decoupage with silicone gel, a peel-off sentiment and some peel-off stars, and added a 3-d layer to the front piece of the large tag to use as a gift tag to slip under the bow on a gift.

I attached the other small layer to double-sided sticky paper and cut it out for an envelope seal. So pretty and unique!
