I printed onto glossy photo paper 3 times to add decoupage and cut out. I covered my card base with red holographic card that I had previously embossed and added the first layer. Using sheet 2, I cut away the outer frame and added using 3D glue.
Using sheet 3, I cut out the baubles and added using 3D glue. To finish I added gems and lots of glitter touches.
