Printed onto glossy photopaper, cut out main image and attached to a white scalloped card blank, I added the decoupage with glue gel and finished off with my chosen sentiment
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added glitter, candi and two sentiment tags. Simply adorable.... perfect for all ages.
